In the interest of openness and accountability, public copies of Corporation and Committee minutes are available below.
The Corporation may, on occasions, exclude some or all of the minutes of a meeting. This may include minutes relating to a named person employed or proposed to be employed by the College; a named student at, or a candidate for admission to, the College; or any matter which by reason of its nature the Corporation is satisfied should be dealt with on a confidential basis.
Full details of the Corporation’s policy on the publication of minutes can be found in Section 13 of the Corporation’s Standing Orders. The advice to the Corporation from its Search Committee can be found in both the Corporation’s minutes and in the Governance and Search Committee minutes.
