The Taunton’s Student Union organises activities from theme weeks to social events, ranging from small groups to the whole college being involved. We support local, national and international charities so there will be plenty of opportunities to dress up, get messy and auction your friends off all for a good cause! Last year’s events included a Freshers’ Event at Jaks, a Christmas Party at The Square and a College Prom at the DeVere Grand Harbour Hotel.
 
We always seek new ideas and there are many ways to put forward your suggestions, or you could get involved yourself. Tutor reps are elected by each tutor group at the start of the year. The reps inform the TSU executive committee about what their peers want during rep meetings and the TSU works to get it done. A new executive is elected in February each year. Could you be the next president of the Taunton’s Student Union?
