Refunds
The viability of a course is determined by the level of enrolments so the acceptance of a course fee payment should not be regarded as a guarantee of a place on a course. The College will refund the full fees if a course is cancelled before it starts, and a partial refund will be given if a course is cancelled once underway. If a student withdraws from a course in the first three weeks a 50% refund will be considered at the discretion of the college.  Applications for a refund must be received in writing no later than four weeks from the course start date.  If a student withdraws from a course after the first three weeks no refunds will normally be available.
